Once again, Don, you planned an unbelievable, extremely enjoyable cruise experience for my sister and I. The ship was beautiful, the Captain was dry, witty, and approachable. The cruise director was so entertaining and the shows were amazing. The food was excellent with so many choices of fantastic restaurants. We took a self-tour in San Juan but really enjoyed the tours in Tortola and St. Kitts. We can't wait to do it all again! Thank you for putting together an awesome trip. We had a fabulous time on our Celebrity Ascent Cruise and we contribute the success to our Travel Agent Don Fuchs! He was attentive and covered all the details that we asked about. For instance, he made sure there was distilled water and an extension cord in our cabin for a CPAP machine. He had our beds divided before we boarded. Don made our cruise a seamless experience and we will continue tap into his knowledge and work ethic for all our trips in the future. Thank you Don!! Steve planned our entire bucket-list trip to Barcelona and Paris. We didn't have to do a thing except find our passports and pack. Our hotels were wonderful, and absolutely delicious breakfasts were included every day. Our delightful variety of tours included walking tours, which started in the early morning before the crowds got in the way, gastronomy tours, in which we ate incredible food at cafes and restaurants which we never would have known to choose, and tours to the big, big landmarks and museums, with personal guides who were experts about the sites and collections. Steve listened perfectly to the type of trip we craved, and planned accordingly, with expert service and knowledge. I use Steve and Don to help me plan all my trips. Don Fuchs from Cruise Planners has planned several trips for my husband and myself and my sisters and I just traveled on the Celebrity Reflection. The trip was wonderful and Don tended to every detail of our trip, not only getting us an additional OBC but making sure there was an extension cord as well as distilled water for my sisters C-Pap. He walked my sisters through every step as they had not traveled on Celebrity previously. In fact my sister Betty had never been on a cruse ship and he made sure she was informed and comfortable with each and every step.
Going forward, Don has planned a trip for my husband and I and two of our dear friends, to Paris first, then to Amsterdam and on a river cruise from Amsterdam to Basel, and extra days in Zurich. Even though we do not leave for about six weeks he has booked every detail of our trip down to the smallest details. We know that he has taken care of everything and we are well taken care of. Even while we travel he keeps up with us via text and makes sure all is good.
I wholeheartedly recommend Don for any vacations you may need planning for. Don is fun and informative to work with! I say call Don now! You will not be disappointed! We are back from Paris and had a wonderful time! I thank our just terrific travel planner, Steve Haunschild, for crafting an itinerary that was packed with fun and complete to the last detail. Not having to worry about bookings, reservations, and in-person payment removes some of the biggest stresses that come with a packed vacation - especially abroad! Steve manages all of that in advance and then provides a detailed itinerary of where to be and when! He truly helped to make our vacation perfect. We have used Steve's services several times now and recommend him highly. We are back from Paris and had a wonderful time! Don has booked multiple cruises for us and has always done a fantastic job making sure we are getting a good value for our money! As a traveler who is loathe to manage the details of any trip I hand over all of my travel plans to Steve Haunschild and he does it all for me. We just returned from a five day cruise on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas and every detail was managed perfectly. I could not be more pleased with Cruise Planners ability to make everything work and work right! This was my second major vacation managed by Steve, my first a nearly month long trip to Europe and I could not be more pleased. Thank you, Steve! My family and I will be back. Just got back from a fabulous cruise in Alaska. Cruise Planners - Don Fuchs/Steve Haunschild were great in helping us plan it out and make sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Steve/team, thanks so much for helping us plan such a fabulous trip to Italy this year! Enjoyed our stay at the lovely Hotel Botticelli in Firenze - so well located to enjoy everything Firenze has to offer, and the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. Driving out to the countryside later that week was so easy and staying at the Villa Pitiana in Regello (pictured here) was really amazing - gorgeous building, incredible views, beautiful grounds, terrific staff, and delicious breakfasts and dinners. Great location for Chianti vineyard visits, and we chose easy road trips to Arezzo, Settignano, Greve, and Fiesole. Happy to share more pictures with you! Deeply appreciated your suggestions and care in planning every travel detail for us to make the trip affordable and to have it go so smoothly. Can't wait to plan some more travel with you soon!
